What happened to John's pants?

Yum. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love artichoke! It's fantastic with home made Lemon Aoilie (sp?).

Next, Rowan should try a Fidelity Push Up from that angle. :p

I love your site as well. I've made the pork tenderloin with catchatori twice and I finished the last of the beef stew with tomato bisque soup last night.

Both were awesome and easy to make.

Thanks for taking the time to do this.

Sarah,

I heard about your blog from Robb Wolf at the CF nutrition cert this weekend. I train at CF Genesis in Roseville, not to far from you. I am a CSUChico alumn so I am hoping to make it back up to the area to see you guys at CF Norcal soon:o)

I love your blog! I am mother of two (7 and 4) and am trying to get them gluten/dairy free- what a challenge! I'm trying to undo all the "healthy" habits I set for them over the years. Yesterday I tried to explain to my 7yr old why wheat isn't healthy- let's just say he was a little confused since his whole life I have been pushing whole wheat everything on him.

I have a blog too if you are interested. I don't update daily- usually every week or two with our adventures trying to eat local, in season, paleo/primal diets. http://randolphfamilyfour.blogspot.com/

Anyway, keep up the great blog- we love it!!

Hey Sarah,

I attended Robb Wolf's CF nutrition cert this weekend and I train at CFGenesis here in Roseville- not too far from you guys! I am planning to come up and visit CF Norcal soon- I'm a CSU Chico Alumn, so any excuse to come visit:o)

I love your blog! I have kids too and am trying hard to get them gluten/dairy free. They are 7 and 4, so breaking what I thought were "healthy" habits from the past several years has been hard. Yesterday I tried to explain to my son(7) that wheat isn't healthy- undoing what I have been telling him his whole life!! It's a challenge to say the least.

I have a blog too if you want to check it out- I don't update everyday, but try to once every week or two. I'll add a link to your blog there :o)
http://randolphfamilyfour.blogspot.com/

Anyway, keep up the great blog and ideas- we love them!

hey sarah,

I am a crossfitter in CT and I workout at Crossfit Milford. I found your site through Nicki Volletti's blog. I just wanted to say thanks for posting all this stuff. I made the brussel sprout with bacon, chicken and veggie dish last night. It was fairly amazing if I do say so myself.

Please keep it coming.
thanks,
