I have been CrossFitting for a few months now, and I love the results, but I realize that I need to get my diet in check. After researching different plans, I have decided to try the Paleo diet. The timing for finding this site couldn't have been better, as I purchased a crock pot last week, and planed on starting the Paleo diet on Monday 12/7. Your site has given me the added motivation to take the plunge into a healthier lifestyle. Thank you!

Awesome site, and great recipes! I just bought the same Trader Joe's sauce. I thought the same thing about adding Coconut Milk next time. We cooked it with chicken and put it over Cauliflower rice!!!! Yum.I feel the same away about our families food consumption. After going grain free, dairy free all I do is cook. But it OK. We are all seeing results and feeling. better. We are going out of town tomorrow and I have spent a lot of time preparing for the trip as to keep us on track.Great blog. Take care.

Too funny! I just bought the same Trader Joe’s sauce. I thought the same thing about adding Coconut Milk next time.
