I made that beef dish tonight -- used 1lb ground beef, 1lb frozen mixed veggies, 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes, and half a jar of some basil and garlic pasta sauce. It was a little watery at first so I just let it boil down on the stove for a while and it came out great! Delicious, SUPER easy, and only one pot to clean up -- I love it!
