BUT - you can find some decent pork sausage other places as well. We also have a local butcher shop where they grind their own sausage with no additives or anything freaky. Also, a quick internet search on humanely raised or pastured pork brought up tons of information on where you can order natural pork products by region. I hope that helps!

Hi Jane,
I do have a local source for good pork sausage – a friend of mine who is a trainer at Norcal – her family have a small pig farm in which the animals are raised humanely, and all organic…. I use the free range organic chicken broth from Trader Joe's. It does not have corn starch in it, and all the ingredients are pretty legit. Do you have a TJ's where you live??

Hey Aaron! I use the free range organic chicken broth from Trader Joe’s. Plenty of leftovers for lunch today. The flavors were wonderful and the vegetables were a perfect combination.

I made this soup for my family last night for dinner and everyone loved it! It's just canola oil, eggs, and vinegar. I love Best Foods or Hellman's but it's made with soybean oil which I try to stay away from....I want to try to make my own mayo, just haven't made it a priority yet.

I typically use the mayo from Trader Joes. I have one question, when you use mayo in your chicken salad, is it Hellman's or do you make your own? Thanks!

Thank you for all the meals that you post here, I really get a lot of good ideas.
