My latest labor of love, Paleo Pals: Jimmy and the Carrot Rocket Ship is now off to print with a release date of February 14th! I had so much fun writing this book and it was truly a family driven project with Jaden and Rowan patiently listening over and over again as the story developed. My little ones were always eager to give their important and wise feedback that only an 8 and 4 year old can give, while my oldest son Coby and my husband John were instrumental with the development of this book. Thank you so much to my awesome little family for your undying support of my never ending ideas…

I am beyond excited to announce that my new book, Paleo Pals: Jimmy and the Carrot Rocket Ship is now available for pre-order on Amazon!! Release date is scheduled for February 7th, 2012. I was inspired by my mom, Carol Purdy, to write this book. My mom was a children’s book author and her spirit has been my bright light during this amazing journey.

I received an email several weeks ago from some dude named Dean Dwyer of Being Primal, asking me for an interview. You see, I happen to get a good handful of emails every day and Dean’s message unfortunately got lost in the shuffle and it took me 26 days to get back to him. I thought it was actually 24 days but he has corrected that it was really 26, or maybe it was the other way around, but anyhow, I’m very glad that I emailed Dean back and decided to accept his request.
