    Loved the podcast. I’ve been eating Paleo almost 3 weeks and I couldn’t have done it without this blog and the continuous updates and podcast. I have lost 7 pounds which is motivating, but what really motivates me is you Sarah (as well as all the others who share their success). Thanks so much for sharing your story!

    I’ve tried 3 recipes from your book and loved them all. Tomorrow is Coconut Shrimp – can’t wait!

    Hi Sarah, love the blog and the podcasts they really are an inspiration. In england paleo eating is really about to explode (we are always a few years behind you guys) Can I ask, how often do you think someone should do crossfit if leaning out? How often do you do it?

      I workout 3-4 times a week but NOT all crossfit. I do maybe 1 “metcon” or wod a week and the other days I’m working on technique or strength training or running around and doing stuff I enjoy like riding bikes with my kids, playing outside, etc.

    I lost 30 pounds eating in a non-paleo low-carb way, and then my wife decided to give it a try — she has lost 13 pounds in a month. But we needed more meal ideas.

    Heard about you, and your cookbook, on Jimmy Moore’s podcast, and bought the book. Had the dry rub burgers last night — delicious! We’re looking forward to trying many more of your recipes.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the interview, Sarah and Jimmy. I appreciate hearing success stories from “real” people. I also enjoyed hearing about ideas about converting my family to the paleo way of eating.
