I’m starting this blog to share that paleo eating is possible. I’m a busy mother of three, wife, CrossFit coach, and well – totally human. So, I’m throwing it all out there and plan to post pictures and as much information as my time allows about what I feed my family – and myself!! Clients often ask me how I do it? How do you cook fresh food – paleo food – everyday? Well – here goes!! Now, those of you who do know me, know that my life can be a little nuts, so if you check my blog and see that I have been slacking, call me out on it and I’ll get back to posting.
