    Where’s the blog post to read? It seems you don’t write anymore. I don’t have iTunes (we use Spotify for music) so I always enjoy reading what you have to say!

      You can listen directly from EPLifeFit if you follow the link, no need to download from iTunes. I’m sorry I’m not writing as much lately, but I am still writing!! I’ve been traveling a lot and I’m homeschooling this year so I’m trying to keep up as best as I can! Have you read my recent blog posts about our travels? I’m writing from the heart when I am writing so please stay tuned!

    Hi Sarah and Jason…I listen to your pod casts and love them!! My husband and I have been working out three to four days a week and have been Paleo for a year and a half…Life is Good! Between the two of us we are down over 100 pounds, and have tons of energy, not bad for being 54&56!!! But yesterday we had our cholesterol levels checked…just got a call back and both of us have elevated levels. We have an appointment this week to review it…not sure what to think?? We eat very clean Paleo probably 99%…so this is a mystery to us..Can you help??
