oops! Fixing now!
That was my fault. Sorry.
Hello, I began the Paleo lifestyle back in October and began CrossFit 3times per week back in June. I have shed more than 30 lbs since June, half of which I lost between October and December while on a 60 day challenge. I have kept with Paleo since, but have discovered that I am not getting enough carbohydrates in my diet. I am trying to maintain the CrossFit.com recommendation that an athlete shoud consume 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbohydrate. Can you give me some ideas on how to increase my carbohydrate intake? The closest I have been is 30%, but it often falsl far short of that..
Thank you,
Scott
Crickets….
It’s so much fun to hear you guys. I started listening the podcast 7 days ago and I listen to all of them. I bought Jason book (waiting waiting waiting) and soon I will buy Sarah’s one.
Guys, you just rock, I am sure I am not alone with your mother listening it.
By the way, it’s such a pleasure to listen Sarah speaking italian on the podcast (since I am italian!)
You are so kind Claudio! I’m so embarrassed by my horrible Italian, especially after spending a month in Italy, you would think it would be better!!! : )
Yay, thanks so much for answering my questions, I was a bit nervous that you would think they were too stupid
To Jason: I DO like eggs and bacon, but it’s just like Sarah says, I just have to get used to the idea of eating it in the morning. Actually I did exactly that after sending the question to you, so I am really working on it! My kids are eating more yoghurt now also, so we are slowly improving. Thanks again!
