    Spoiler alert???

Did you two just reveal the type of cuisine for the next Paleo Around the World cookbook in this episode? If so, very cool.

Also, the Paleo Coach arrived to my door on Monday. i’m 188 pages in and loving all of it. I know one negative reviewer on Amazon said that it was no different than all the other Paleo books out there, but that reviewer obviously skipped the whole “Think” section. Wow! There’s some powerful psychological things at work with food and Jason lays them bare like no other author I’ve read before. As a guy who has struggled with weight (and even some self-image issues), the information is eye-opening. And being married to a lovely woman who hates her body makes the book contents even more relevant. I’m hoping she’ll read it as soon as I finish it (probably tomorrow). :-)

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the podcast. I’ve listened to every episode and am learning a lot from it, as well. I frequently link to episodes or quote you on my FB page. And a special thanks to Jason for answering my question about walking with a weighted vest on his FB page. Much appreciated. You’re changing lives with your work. Two adults and four children in my household alone. All the best.

I listen to your podcast weekly, and Sarah, I cannot wait to get your Italian cookbook! I just wanted to thank you both for the perspective you have offered on workouts, especially CrossFit. I over-trained and had to take 18 months off to heal some pesky injuries. I went back to the gym about a month ago (with an excellent trainer), and these days, I “crossfit” just 2-3 days a week, and only if I feel 100% healthy. It has made such a difference, and I credit your podcast with giving me a new sense of balance and mindfulness when it comes exercise. Thanks again!
