    Awsome info! I have a question! Im a single mom taking a preventive chemo every other week and I have started eating paleo but I was woundering is their a budget friendly info for paleo

    I am 51 and not overweight. Not interested in gaining weight! I workout and do weight training exercises. I am on an anti-inflammatory and Lipitor. I still feel “yuck” – puffy, bloated. Looking for some help to boost my energy level, flatten my stomach and make me feel better overall. Will the paleo diet help without making me gain weight? Looks like a lot of eating.

    Thanks for another great podcast! I would love to have a bit more information on the tweaks of carb backloading for women. I have read ‘Carb Night’ by Keifer, but I don’t recall it discussing the differences in results between men and women.
