    Hi Sarah and Jason,

    I just listened to episode 46 and was taken aback!
    You read the email I sent a while ago. Thank you so much!
    I’m still plugging away using more body weight exercises and less dumbbells Mon., Wed., and Fri. I also use a band hung over the door to simulate pull- ups and my using my rebounder. I also do yoga strengthening exercises called Yogalosophy with Mandy Ingber video twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I only work out for 30 minutes now instead of an hour with the P90X.
    I wish I could come to you for training but since I live near Toronto Canada this is not very realistic.
    I really enjoy your podcasts and I think you two are awesome!
