    Hi Guys, I love your podcasts and all your information. I have been Paleo/Primal but recently just Paleo for 2 years now and of course leaned out but found that my husband makes amazing Paleo treats! so needless to say my weight stalled or creeped up on most occasions. I then got pregnant and had quite a few complications along the way that put me on bed rest for most of the pregnancy. Now that my little girl is 5 1/2 months old I have been back crossfitting and eating paleo and trying to follow all the principles of the paleo lifestyle, except of course the stress and sleep. I have 10 pounds to go pre pregnancy and feel good but think I am stalled due to the waking up in the night with baby and the stress of a first time mother, do you guys have any tips or advice that can help with that? do you recommend the 21 day paleo transformation diet for someone like me at this time?
