    I love, love, LOVED your last few podcasts/special guests!! I could have listened to these guests for HOURS! There was SO much valuable information provided and it sparked me to add a lot more books to my reading list. When I started the “paleo brochure” a few months ago I was solely focused on just my diet. The more I research and listen to your podcasts I have realized that diet is only a fraction of what paleo means. Thank you so much for all variety of information you bring each week. I can’t wait to attend your workshop in Chico!!
