    Great podcast guys. Totally agree with your last comments on the show. I use to sleep 4 hours a night and thought that was just who I was and it’s how much I can just live off of. Years of that and poor nutrition and I was just destroyed. Now after 1 year I can actually sleep 8 hours a night. If you asked me that over a year ago I would have told you that it was impossible.

    Love all the podcasts even though I am super dialed in with everything. Your rants drill through the “Paleo Diet” gimmicks and always bring it home how to be truely healthy.

    I doubled my girlfriends calories a while ago and now she is finally losing fat again.l I found out she was eating around 900 calories a day of paleo when I tracked calories when she stopped losing fat. Got her up to 1800 calories slowly and she gained a bit but only a few pounds and now is starting to lose fat again. Crazy how when you eat enough calories you can still lose fat and be healthy.
