Hey guys. Thanks for reading my question. I had kinda lost hope and when you said my name I was riding my bike to work up a busy street so of course I started hooting and hollering. While I have pretty much adopted the advice you offered, it is nice to know I got it right.

Warmbear is my nickname, I am a big ol bear of a man and I give great warm hugs.

My wife is not interested in changing, she self identifies as fat and proud, a role model for all the fat and oppressed out there and always has. She has not gotten sick enough yet to be willing to change. So I love her anyways. She cut out the gluten etc because any exposure makes me wildly ill and only eats it when she can get the fancy boutique bread that her family likes to eat on weekends. I cant bring up the subject of her weight or her health without it becoming a huge scene so I just dont. Her wheezing and walking slow does get a very ironic raised eyebrow though. I hate to say it but I hope she does get sick enough as I had to so as to find her motivation.

As for my son, he does understand why he should eat this way and his mother ( my ex) also is working on becoming more paleo as she saw the difference in my son after a summer with me of good food and walking. His ADHD is gone, he does not need the meds anymore and he lost some of his pudge. He just does not always follow through when on his own. his mother and I have managed to wean him from sugar and pop etc and bread is minimized. I think this is the best I can do for the time being.

Do I hear a book signing in Montreal? C’mon you know you wanna.

Hi Warmbear! Thank you SO much for the update. I would love to do a book signing in Montreal! I’ll talk to the powers that be and keep you posted… In the meantime keep being amazing and I’ll be thinking about you and your family.

Please please make a clothing line Sarah! I’ve always had a “healthy squatter’s butt” like Jason said. There are not enough jeans out there for us.
