    Truth bombs at the end of this episode. Just so happy that Jason and Sarah answer questions and honestly give their opinions. At 49 mins into the episode- Jason “It gets easier” “It’s a lot like addiction”. So, so true. “Get the crap foods out of your house”

    One of the last things Jason said at the Feb 2012 Laguna Nigel Workshop “Do NOT take your SAD diet with you on the next phase. Sarah “This is what you need to do or you are going to die”. ( to the person had a health condition)

    I have been following your blog and using your cookbooks for a couple of years. I eat “Paleo” 80% of the time you but unfortunately still stray which I am not giving up and continuing to work on. Through you I have been interested in Crossfit and just found an awesome group close to where I live and it’s been great. I am kind of freaking out though because for 2 weeks I’ve been eating well and working out 4 days a week and I now weigh more then ever in my life. I know they say muscle weighs more then fat but is that really true or do I need to modify my diet? If so, I would be happy to keep an eating log and send it to you to scrutinize. Help! I just want the truth before I give up.
