    Love all the shows, rants and more. You’ve peeked my interest with the carb nite solution (awaiting the transformation of your wife), I got the book and was ready to take off. … Then I noticed all the sample meals were full of eggs and cheese. I’m intolerant to those and was wondering if you could give me an example of what a day of ultra low carb would look like without those staples, yet still be effect and calorie dense? Is this not for the digestive challenged clan : (
