Howdy folks, Dain butting in here to let you know that Paleo Talk with Sarah and Chrissy will return next Monday with Episode 15. We didn’t record this week because I went to Tahoe for Easter weekend with the family and stuff has been (obviously?) insane with the final days before the official book release. Speaking of the book – THE DAY IS HERE! April 25 has arrived! If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to leave an honest review on Amazon. I say honest because I’m a sick person and am watching to see who gives out the first 1-star review. That person shall be dealt with accordingly.

Contests like whoa. I’m sure you have been following all of the great contests Sarah has been running these past weeks. We have added another one for your enjoyment. Local Chico company Wigibuy has crafted this nifty facebook contest to win a signed book and handwritten recipe from Sarah.

Olive gets her bookFinally, I am certainly not trying to  steal any of the spotlight here – I have to take a moment to congratulate Sarah on everything she has accomplished. Who knew what would come from that one 6am conversation in the gym where she floated the idea of a “little recipe blog.” I am so honored to be a part of this crazy ride.

Hi Sarah, made the chicken with sun-dried tomato wrapped in bacon dish this weekend, only subbed roasted red peppers for the sun-dried tomato. I had my daughter and her fiance in for the weekend, and along with my husband, we devoured the chicken. Tasted great, and will definitely make the dish again with the sun-dried tomatoes! Thanks for making Paleo so easy for all of us! I’m rounding the corner on 30 lbs. lost, and I really appreciate all of your blogs and podcasts as inspiration, plus I love the chatter between you, Crissy and Dain. Keep up the great work!
