Announcing Everyday Paleo Lifestyle and Fitness!!!!

Finally, the time has come to announce and introduce to you:

Everyday Paleo Lifestyle and Fitness!!Everyday Paleo Lifestyle and Fitness

Over the past several months, Jason Seib and I have been working together to create EPLifeFit, in hopes that this will be the missing link for many of you on your paleo journey.  As trainers, we are both incredibly passionate about fitness and how it should be made to fit into a paleo lifestyle and we both have been frustrated and concerned that we simply could not give you exactly what you need; beyond some futile suggestions and blogs written in the form of begging folks to lift weights and get moving.  Of course the questions keep coming; how do we do it, what do we do, what do we need, where do we go?

Jason and I both have families with three children, dogs, chickens, after school functions, before school functions, businesses to run, and lives to live and we know how hard it can be to make this lifestyle work AND add in a fitness plan, so we created Everyday Paleo Lifestyle and Fitness which is designed to work for anyone and the answers are now literally at your fingertips.

EPLifeFit is not just about fitness, it’s a community, a support network, a way to access Jason, myself, my husband who is an award winning chiropractor and mobility expert, as well as a team of knowledgable moderators simply by opening up your computer.

EPLifeFit  is also about lifestyle and nutrition, a way to access information that before we simply did not have the ability to give to you; but now we can. I could go on and on but instead, please go check out Everyday Paleo Lifestyle and Fitness for yourself, see all that it has to offer, and once you join, we’ll see you there, ready to help.

As always, Enjoy!

Book Release Date and a Video Preview of Everyday Paleo

Many of you know that I have a book coming out and I am thrilled to announce that the actual release date will be April 25th!!  If you have not yet pre-ordered from Amazon, now is the time!!  My book has a good chance of making the New York Times Best Seller’s List, and with your help, we can hopefully make that happen and give Paleo nutrition the exposure it deserves!!  With the success of Robb Wolf’s, The Paleo Solution and now the success of Everyday Paleo, it is my deepest wish that more and more people will reap the benefits of living a paleo lifestyle because the reality is, Paleo is saving lives!!  If you have not yet pre-ordered and decide to order more than one copy, please order each copy as a separate order as the New York Times counts one order as one book, no matter how many books you purchase. Thanks again for your continued support, encouragement and feedback.  Now, check out this video preview of Everyday Paleo!!

I wanted to share with you all the final design of the Everyday Paleo book cover!  We go to print in just a few days and as I type we are finalizing the last few details.  If all goes as planned we should still have a March release date. Also, I wanted to give a big thank you to Jimmy Moore of Livin’ La Vida Low Carb for the shout out regarding our Paleo Talk podcast!  I’m scheduled to appear on Jimmy’s show in March which should be loads of fun.

In other news, I’ll be speaking locally at the Enloe Hospital community center on February 15th offering an Introduction to the Paleo diet.  Click here for more details on this event.

Meat n’ Veggies

I have an on going nightly discussion with my 15 year old that goes something like this. “Hey mom, what’s for dinner?”  Me, “I don’t know, probably meat and veggies?”  My 15 year old, “Duh, I’m not sure why I even ask?”  And then we both laugh.

Eating paleo is just that, meat and veggies, not too complex when it comes right down to it, and the good news is – boring is not a part of this lifestyle. Continue reading
