I hope that all of you football fans out there enjoy the big day, eat a lot of great paleo food, and spend time with friends and family.

Here’s a fun food project for the weekend that’s sure to get you ready for the busy week ahead!
On Saturday make an Easy and Amazing Roasted Chicken and eat it! Do NOT throw out the carcass or the juices from the roasting pan!!

As a general rule, our family does not eat out during the week. Establishing this family “rule” has helped in many ways. We save money, we spend more time together at the table than time at a busy restaurant waiting for a table, and we eat healthier. On the weekends we will sometimes eat out once or twice and we have found a couple of places in our little town that really work for us. [Read more…]
