We are just starting paleo and have your Everday Paleo book.
I have a couple of questions. I have an allergy to bananas.
Is there something I can substitute for bananas? Also, I am
allergic to raw nuts, but not once they’re toasted or cooked.
Is it okay to buy them toasted/roasted but unsalted?
    Thank you

    • Sarah says

Hi Rebecca! If it’s a recipe that calls for mashed bananas, you can try subbing with applesauce. For the nuts, yes it’s ok to buy them roasted. : )
