  1. Is your book available via download on an iPad, Kindle, etc?

  2. I just left a review on Amazon. It should show up soon. I love the book! You write from the heart, something I really enjoy!

  3. Samantha blair says:

They are sold out on amazon. Any idea how long it will take to have more up? I can’t wait to order your book!

    • I would go ahead and order! The actual release date is not until April 25th but sometimes Amazon gets a few copies in early and then those ship out. If you order today you should receive your book early next week sometime!! : )

  4. Just wondering how much overlap in material there is in the book and the Paleo Talk seminar? Book is on pre-order, and I can’t wait for it’s arrival! But I’m also considering making the trip from Seattle down to the Oregon seminar if there’s enough new/different material covered to make the trip worthwhile. Would love to meet you ladies in person, too! Thank you for all that you do!

    • Hi Marci! I do for sure touch on some of the same topics that are covered in my book but it’s more in depth and expanded as well as the addition of Chrissy’s content about the importance of specific nutrients during childhood, pregnancy, etc. We cover A LOT in one day!!

  5. Lisa Sandler says:

Just got my Everyday Paleo book from Amazon that I ordered in January!!!! So excited.

  6. hi Sarah!
Not a book review, per se, but I’m writing about your book a lot in my Whole30 Challenge posts, and I have a Whole30 (powered by Everyday Paleo) photo album up on facebook! My boyfriend and I are doing the meal plan.

  7. Hi Sarah,
I am a newbie to the paleo way of eating since january. My good friends who are crossfitters introduced me to it. So I searched paleo dishes and came across you which I am so glad i did! I just purchased your book and LOVE it! I will go write up a review for you on amazon. Have a question, I love that you put on a thirty day meal plan near the back of the book along with grocery lists of what to buy for that week!! But as i am single i am wondering would I buy the same amount of food? Or cut it in half?
    Have a great easter weekend,
    Christine

  8. Hi Sarah,

I absolutely love your new cookbook…especially enjoying the “instant” shopping list! Thank you! One question…I have a daughter that is allergic to almonds and eggs…for your recipes, such as the meatballs that have almond meal, what could I substitute instead?

Thanks again for all the great info. you are providing,
    Diane

    • You can simple leave out the almond meal and the egg if you like or sub in some coconut flour but use 1/2 the amount suggested for the almond meal and then add in a tablespoon or two of coconut milk. Honestly, I would just leave it out and check the meatloaf about 20 minutes sooner to see if it’s done. The marvelous meatballs that cook in the crock pot all day will be fine as well without the almond meal and just add in some extra grated zucchini or yams to the garden fresh meatballs. : )
