Quick reminders about a few muy importante items that are on the radar in the Everyday Paleo camp.

First, our next Everyday Paleo Workshop is fast approaching!  On August 24th, Jason Seib and I will be in beautiful Denver, CO at eden restaurant for a full day of all things paleo, including a gourmet paleo lunch!!! This one will sell out so click here to register….. NOW!

Our following workshop scheduled for October 19th is now on the books!. Join us in Lexington, KY at the famed J&M Strength and Conditioning owned by Jim Laird and Molly Galbraith!  I’m excited to be there simply to hang out with these two superstars, nevermind how much I look forward to meeting all of YOU! Click here to reserve your spot.

Speaking of time flying by and the fact that I just mentioned October; what the heck happened to August???  We are already over half way through the month and what’s crazy is the approaching END to the amazing Italy trip giveaway!!!  Click here for details – your odds of winning are way better than the lotto which from what I hear ruins your life anyway and this trip; well I’m pretty darn sure it will change your existence for the better.  Also, as most of you know, even if you do not win the trip, you can still go!  Details on how to book the trip are here and the special summer pricing ends on August 31st so book it people, book it!!!  I. Can’t. Wait!

Last but not least, don’t forget to pick up your copy of the Everyday Paleo Around the World Italian Cuisine, which I can say with absolute certianity is for sure for sure for sure in Costco stores nationwide!!!  If your store doesn’t have it stocked it’s because the book is sold out so ask the store manager when more will be on the shelves, or tables….  You can enter to win the Italy contest with the purchase of your book at Costco as well as any other major book seller (like Barnes and Noble) and of course Amazon so don’t forget to read that above mentioned post and get in on the fun.

Alright, enough of the cheesy announcements.  Please have a wonderful day, filled with good food, love and laughter, and as always, enjoy!

Italian Cuisine is beautiful! Tried the lasagna; most flavorful ever! The bechamel sauce is yummy and a keeper…had a bit on my eggs and veggies this morning. This book is truly a labor of love; can’t wait to try more recipes! Thanks.

Italian Cuisine is an absolutely stunning book! I have tried numerous recipes out of it, and it’s really hard to pick one favorite! From the bechamel sauce to the meatballs to the stuffed mushrooms, every recipe I’ve tried so far is delicious and super accessible and not difficult to make, even to those that are new in the kitchen!
